You can use chimple learning online and offline. The internet connection is required only while downloading the application from google play, but once the app is downloaded, the child can access the app without the internet.

 

Kids can access education, anywhere, anytime, even without an internet connection.

Parental control for Chimple Learning is not required. Since the course structure is designed in a manner where a child has to solve/ play those games to access the next chapter. As a parent, you cannot limit access to certain sections of the app. That is not advisable.
