Team Chimple Learning was a finalist in the Global Learning XPRIZE. We are an experienced and growing team of 20 members headquatered in Bangalore, India. We enjoy working with new talent with fresh new ideas. Currently, we have a diverse team with diverse experience to build the product in new geographies.

Srikanth Talapadi

Founder & CEO

Srikanth Talapadi, has a wealth of experience gathered over more than 23 years in the software industry. He has worked with a variety of software development models and has an experience working in Fortune-500 corporations.

For the past 15 years, he has founded and managed Amiti Software Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and since 2015 he has been also heading the Global Learning XPRIZE effort of Sutara Learning Foundation 'Chimple Learning' where he has lead the creation of a self-learning literacy and numeracy product which was selected as one of the 5 finalists.

Srikanth has a MS in Computer Engineering from Rutgers University, NJ, USA and a BE in Electronics & Communication Engineering from SJ College of Engineering, Mysore University.

Anupama Kolamala

Executive Director

Anupama has over 25 years of experience in delivering world-class software solutions. She has in-depth experience in developing data-intensive and enterprise applications. Her previous stints include ITC Infotech, Cambridge Technology Partners (now Novell) and Manugistic Inc.,

Anupama has a BE in Electronics & Communication Engineering from from SJ College of Engineering, Mysore University.

Shyamal Upadhyaya

Director - Software & Architect

Shyamal comes with 15+ years of experience developing and architecting proprietary enterprise-grade software products. His core responsibilities include defining the architecture of the product and leading development teams in product and delivery projects. He has worked with the Analytics team to generate various reports and responsible for 3rd party integrations for sharing data.

Shyamal has an MS in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign, IL, USA.

Varadaraj kamath

Director - Quality Assurance

Varadaraj Kamath carries 15+ years of work experience in Software Testing Managing Quality Assurance Department and responsible not only for projects delivery but also the transformation from Quality assurance role to Quality engineering. He is also experienced in both Agile and Scrum methodology.

He oversees all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and introducing new automated tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met. At Chimple, he heads the Quality Assurance department and is responsible for the quality of the product and data analytics work.

He has pursued Bachelor’s in Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology, and Master’s in Information Technology under Sikkim Manipal University.
